Complete your Living Trust in
One-day In-person

For Los Angeles County Residents - Join us in South Pasadena

What to bring with you
Our One-Day Living Trust service is designed to complete your estate planning documents in one convenient visit. Please plan to be with us for most of the day.
Bring only your valid government-issued photo ID. We will review your information, wishes, beneficiaries, and other details needed to prepare your legal documents. No other documents are needed.
We will review your answers together, make any necessary changes, and answer your questions before finalizing them.
After your review, you may leave for lunch or wait in our lobby while we prepare, finalize, and print your documents. We will contact you when they are ready for signing.

Witnesses: Two qualified, non-related witnesses are required to sign certain documents. If possible, have them available to join you when you return for signing. If you cannot arrange for witnesses that day, you may obtain their signatures after your appointment.
Return to the office with your ID. You will complete the signing and notarization with our in-house Notary, which is included with your service. At the end of your appointment, you will receive your completed estate planning binder with your finalized documents.
